The Company:

• Does not guarantee service availability at all times

• Creating multiple accounts

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Taxziy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxziy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions or omissions of drivers or riders
• Personal injury or property damage during rides

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent activity
• To comply with law or regulation
• For any reason at our sole discretion

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming, USA.
